We are saddened to hear of your loss.

We met Barry for the first time about a month ago in the South West of England. We look forward to seeing him again....

"I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am, you may be also"

Praise the Lord for his wondrous works. Amen

To the Smith Family.

I heard the news on Premier Radio as I was driving home from work and I felt a sadness but at the same time a wonderful feeling of joy. When my husband was ill with depression several years ago Barry's books, videos and meetings were an immense inspiration to us both. A true and faithful servant of the Lord. Thank you Jesus.

May our glorious, risen Lord embrace you all in his loving arms at this time and give you the strength and wisdom to deal with all that lay ahead. Just the thought of Barry being there in heaven.......now one of those many saints interceding for us all....halleluia!!!

Sincerest condolences on the loss of a great man, evangelist and servant for the Lord. His popularity is evident from the numerous dispatches we have received - "to make sure we know"! Andrew's statement has been sent around the world to the Religious media, so be assured of our prayers and support at this time. What a beautiful scene at the beginning of your website - that says it all. Welcome home. Ramon

To all the Smith family
Phil 1 v4-7

My deepest condolences go out to you all.

I was very sad when I found out today about Barry going to be with our LORD. The world has lost a true and faithful man of God. But he has left a light that will never go out. Hearing brother Barry speak was always a great time for me and his books and videos have been a great encouragement to me and the many others that I have had the honour to share with.

Can you imagine the conversations that will be going on in Heaven right now.

God Bless you all
be strong in HIS name,

Billy.

I'm very upset to hear of this news.
He was lovely.
We've always gone to hear him when he came over here in Wales.
I know people who got saved through his ministry what more can be said. (the only thing you can take with you is souls)

I have been encourged to share the Good News hear in S.Wales and trusted Mr. Smiths prayer of salvation to be printed on the back of my tracks.
I pray the Lord will increase your peace and fill the hole you must feel.
Love in Jesus,
Marc

Dear May and family,
we we so sorry to hear that Barry had been called home, although it is wonderful for him, we know that you will miss him. We were so blessed with his ministry and we loved him because he was so down to earth, not a people pleaser, but a God pleaser. We thank God for every rememberance of him. we had a chat to him last week, he was trying to get in touch with Ian McCormack, we hope that he managed it. We send you all our love,God bless you and give you his peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. we know that your reward will be great in heaven.

Dear May and family,

Very much grieved by the message that Bary has gone home, I cherisch the moments my son and I had when we had lunch with you and Bary in Ashford and breakfast in London some years ago.
I wish you the strength that only almighty God can give.
May I please share the folowing poem with you:

God looked around his garden
and found an empty place
He then looked down upon the earth
and saw a tired face
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest
God's garden must be beautiful
He only takes the best.

Love,
Jochem Sr.

This is such a big shock. Our deepest sympathies go out to you all at this sad time of Barry`s passing, but as we all know, death is not an end,but a journey home (like what Barry said before leaving this earth). Dear May and Smith family,

its hard to even imagine the pain your family is feeling, but lets not forget what a wonderful man your husband was. Thanks to him thousands of people have come under the blood of Jesus, to which my wife and I (and my brother Chris) are trully thankful to the lord for having the blessing to hear him speak. We were saved this year when Barry gave his most recent talk in Sydney.

One day Barry is going to walk through the door and we shall all together meet in the clouds with Jesus.

Our hearts and prayers go out to you all. We are forever thankful to your husband for opening our hearts to lord Jesus.

If there is in any way my we can help please contact us, for we would love to in the precious name of Jesus.

TO THE SMITH FAMILY.

We have just got the e-mail telling of Barry going home. Our deepest sympathy goes out to you all and we will remember you all in prayer.

We went to hear Barry in 1999 when he was in N.Ireland. We loved the way he explained things in relation to Bible prophecy and his great sense of humour.

We trust that you will feel the love of God around you more than ever at this time.

THE COLLINS FAMILY- N.IRELAND.

We were honoured to personally meet Barry and hear him speak at one of his meetings. We appreciated his love for God and his ability to use what he saw happening in the world to encourage people to love and serve Jesus. What a passionate man!
We look forward to visiting his huge mansion just beyond the pearly gates.

Dear servent of God
Warmest and Helorious greetings to you in the most
High Name of our risen lord and savior jesus Christ
whom the Glory and honour goes!!!

I take this opportunity to introduce my ministry,
my vision and me. I was born in nominal Christian
family brought up at my own , wordly living style,
drinking ,mocking at pastors involving in cruel
political activities ,following all sorts of
evilpractices mesmering people with my own
wickedness,
infact I became a terrific sorcerer. As one of my
routine rough activities I drank heavily one day. In
that mood I entered a police station, had a quarrel
with police officer there by I was arrested and kept
in prison as I was in such a bad situation, my
parents, relatives and friends have hated me I was
completely abandoned, no peace of mind. My heart was
very heavy, not able to eat, sleep or even think.came
to a conclusion that suicide was the only solution at
that moment. Some how I managed to get some poisionous
pills and was ready to swallow but some forces acted
that I could not lift my hand .Then I suddenly
remembered one pastor named Henry and I wanted to
confess my sins with that pastor before I commit
suicide to get relief from this world. Some how I
manage to meet the pastor and explained all my grief
soon after that the pastor had a great compassion
over
me, he called me, my son come to my home. I could get
some relief in that calling and I went to his home,
there I was put in the midst of the saints and prayed
all with a great burden and broken heart, first time
in my life the tears have rolled out like anything. I
cried and cried, confessed. Jesus gave me a brand new
life that day, from that day onwards my life was
never
life before. I praise God for his amazing love and
grace.

God helped me to finish my four year bachelor of
theology degree and I became fulltime minister to
fulfill His great commission.

God has given this vision. I heard a voice from God,
then I said, here I am lord send me. I decided to
stand on the gap to make an enternal change in the
lives of young folk, my vision is challenge the young
folk, bring them to His glory by end of 2003, I love
my vision. God says where there is no vision people
perish. By the grace of God I could able to reach 450
youth for the last five out of my great difficulties
and terrible persecutions. There are workers for the
ministries. I organized several crusades and
conventions for young people, thereby 25,000 youth
people had an opportunity to hear the word of God, I
praise God the way He is using this empty vessel for
His mighty work.

I conducted discipleship training programme for the
youth, through this programme I challenged 20 young
men and women, they responded with their soul and
mind, I praise god, they are in the ministry at
present. There are 75 prayer groups in which prayer
warriors continue to pray for the sick, lame and
unsave people and the heathen folk.

I would like to establish different facets of the
ministry like, youth ministry, campus ministry,
community ministry, which takes care of orphan, poor,
lepers, beggars and sick prosecuted Christian folk
the
body of Christ. Telephone ministry through which I
can
meet important people and preach the gospel on phone.
Hospital ministry and prison ministry, are the
burdens
that god spelt in my heart.

To fulfill this great burden, vision, and His great
commission I need your prayer support, financial
support and material support. I need you to be a part
of this ministry. .

I need the extended and compassionate hands of people
like you to participate in my great vision. It is you
and me together can make an eternal difference of the
lives of most unfortunate and to glorify His name.

Come, help in whatever ways you can to this needful
God's servant. As you support His work, list to His
voice fulfill the scriptures. Then God says..
"Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world
(Mat:25:34)

Yours in His vineyard.

Dear May and Family,

It was Barrys writings and the sinners prayer in the back of his first book that enabled me to know Jesus in 1983. You can never underestimate the influence and affect his life and work have had on people. I am grateful that he did what he did. Thank you for allowing him to do it. My sincerest condolences to you all.
