I am deeply saddened and shocked by the passing of Barry Smith. His was a very important ministry as a prophet and a teacher, and he has affected so many across the world - I was fortunate to take extensive notes on the three times I have seen him here in England, and have the evidence to prove that the things he said would happen as we entered into the last days, even years ago, have happened and are still happening.
Praise God for the technology of the internet which will still allow people to see his essays and buy his books all over the world for years to come, as we enter into that prepared time - his work will always have relevance until the coming of our Lord, so Praise God for his life.

Dear Friends,
About three weeks ago I had a dream. It affected me so much on the 27th June that I started to prepare an article on Mark of the Beast/666 for our website. Then a team of us started to distribute the article to shops, banks, building societies and businesses to warn them of the coming mark.
I was astounded to hear only yesterday that Barry had passed away in my beloved England on the 27th June
It's almost like the Lord has said to me, 'Take up the mantle.'

Would have loved to be with you all. Please know that my thoughts are there and have always appreciated our person times and the many teachings I have enjoyed and have been given.

While we are sad to hear this news, we know that he is with Jesus. We have been inspired by his books and his boldness in his no-nonsense, down to earth message. We think that like the apostle Paul, Barry has fought the good fight of faith, he has run the race and now he is receiving a Crown of Righteousness from our beloved Master and Saviour.

We were looking forward to hearing Barry speak at Garden city on 18th July. We like so many others will sadly miss Barry, he spoke straight and I wonder who will fill his shoes ?
It seems so many gifted speakers have been called home, I wonder if this is the precursor to the Rapture ?

GOD'S BLESSINGS TO THE SMITH FAMILY on the dedication, committment and loyal selfless service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I am truly lost for words, i was fortunate to hear pastor Barry Smith some years ago on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia i was truly amazed at his teachings this was in the 80's.
I believe he truly was a man of GOD i hope others in his family will take on his ministry, there are so many that still need to know the truth of the Lord's message and endtimes information.
i was unable to receive information on pastor Barrys meetings on the GC recently and was told he will be back in August now i won't get to hear him i plan to subscribe to Omega Times and get his latest books and videos.
He will be truly missed.

We were very sad to hear of the passing of Barry. We have followed Barry's ministry for many years buying most of his books, videos etc. We have traveled to hear him speak at various venues and were always blessed by his ministry. The Christian world will sadly miss his extremely valuable ministry. Our deepest sympathy goes to May and the rest of his family. We pray that the Lord will be very close to them all. No one will adequately replace Barry's oratory communication skills, humour and dedication to the gospel.
